An error occurred while saving the comment An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedAlas, I am a simple user. I read files, combine files, make minor edits, and Bates Stamp documents for production in litigation. Adobe's requirement that I re-learn these simple tasks (once the old version inevitably goes away) for $20 month demands a different solution for business Adobe apparently no longer wants. =(

An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedNo need Chris. Just disappointed that it fell on deaf ears.
An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedI am a solo lawyer. I do just 4 things with Adobe Pro: 1) read documents in pdf; 2) sign documents in pdf; 3) Bates stamp pdf documents; and 4) combine pdf documents.
Can Foxit or some other program do all 4?
I spent time and money several months ago to print out and FedEx some 300 negative comments (at that time) to the CEO and the head of Product Development. Crickets. If I can find an alternative to accomplish these 4 simple tasks then I am done with Adobe.

An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedSee attached that I previously annnounced here. I sent it to a VP and CEO. The VP got a FedEx with a print out of all of the comments to that date. It filled a medium FedEx Box.

An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedI am a lawyer--more specifically a solo litigator. I read pdfs. I combine or separate pdf files and individual pages. I scan, Bates stamp, redact and produce documents to opposing counsel. That is it. Every. Single. Day. I opened my own litigation practice in 2013. If the selection to use the old interface goes away, so will my subscription if there is ANY other option to do the same thing in the same simplistic way.

An error occurred while saving the comment Denny Esford commentedPlease retain the older version for small firm lawyers and other small users like me that organize, redact and Bates stamped pdfs for document production and nothing else other than the free viewer.
db,
Adobe has ignored us for awhile now. On February 06, 2024, I even sent a cover letter on my law firm letterhead as its President accompanied by 500 pages of hard copy to Adobe's VP of Product Development with our concerns. Via FedEx to prove he got it. Crickets. Since Adobe is not paying attention anyway, we might as well use this space to share other pdf products that compete with Adobe.
