Downloading (saving & prinitng) probems with Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud.
HI, I am based in Singapore and I purchased Adobe Acrobat DC Cloud on-line yesterday (3 Nov 2018). I have problems downloading (including saving or printing) my PDF files into my computer. Can you help? Please contact me urgently to resolve my Adobe Acrobat problems, thanks.

Unable to read pdf from documentcloud.adobe.com account
I am unable to read the document on from my account on the documentcloud.abobe.com.
I have a message o the following effect
"Please wait...if this message is not eventually replace by the proper contents of the document, you PDF viewer...."
(but I can read the same document from my laptop using adobe acrobat reader DC )

Adobe update is crazy
Why can I print from Adobe document stupid cloud. I should of never updated. When I do print half the pages is missing . Wish I could go back to old version without an update Also when I want to send a email I would like to go thru google email .

Unhappy With Your Reader
I've got to tell you that I do not like your new pdf viewer. When all you want to do is read a pdf, you've just got too much stuff in the way. I had to switch to usiong Google Chrome instead. It provides a clean view of the files without all of the unnecessary junk. Sorry. But I think you should just go back to the basic reader you had so long ago.

Cannot attach PDF to our system in this format.
We cannot attach this document in our agency management system as we could when the document was a pdf on an email.
How can we solve this without converting the document and then attaching? This is too many steps for the amount of documents we handle.3 votes -

How do I just print a displayed page in adobe acrobat? Why is this expensive program so complicated?

Sorry for the inconvenience caused. You can print a document using "Print this file" option available under triple dot menu in topbar. You can also use key-board shortcut "Ctrl+P" to do the same.

Slow performance on the web portal
The general performance of the web portal is quite slow when compared to the mobile app on the same internet connection. I often have to refresh a page multiple times while clearing cache to view the list of documents or even a particular document. See if that could be optimised.

Won't load the pdf after clicking it on the 'Recent' Tab
Cant load pdf documents after clicking them in the Recent tab..

It would be great if you can try on incognito mode or any other browser, where you have not used Acrobat earlier.

Unable to read PDF files
I have an Adobe Acrobat account but all of a sudden all my PDF files are unreadable. The message is telling me it can't find the file and to check if I have the address correct.
As I use a lot of PDF files, I need to know what has happened and how to fix it quickly2 votesHi Tracey,

adobe popup is annoying
the Adobe home screen pops up every time I open a PDF. Signing in does not help. How can I stop this? It is extremely annoying!
