    Giving users the option to sign into a "personal" account creates a lot of time-consuming problems for IT professionals whenever the user chooses "personal" over work. On more than one occasion, this has caused problems reverting to their work account and a ticket had to be submitted to Adobe Support. This creates unnecessary delays for our users who highly depend on Acrobat for eSigning critical, time-sensitive documents.
