I thought I was the only one. This has been happening for weeks now. And then after being re-directed back to Adobe by the "you have successfully signed in" pop-up message, Adobe then gets unresponsive for the longest time. This happens on both my home and work laptops. very frustrating because even after multiple troubleshooting actions, there's no difference.
