While converting, HubSpot and Salesforce do not directly support the .msg file type, Outlook records contacts in this format. In order to resolve this, you can convert.msg contact files into vCard (.vcf) format using the TrustVare MSG to VCF Converter. Many CRM platforms allow vCard, and uploading it is simple. This utility is compatible with 32-bit and 64-bit versions of Windows 11, 10, 8, 7, XP, and Vista, and helps you convert in bulk, and keeps all contact information like phone number, email, and address intact. The files are compatible with a variety of platforms and devices because it also supports vCard versions 2.1, 3.0, and 4.0. Outlook does not need to be installed. Simply navigate to the import section of your CRM after conversion and upload the.vcf files. You can transfer contacts from Outlook to Salesforce or HubSpot quickly and easily without erasing any data.
