    Agreed, we open the document for the details, not the summary. We know the summary already. Very unproductive and annoying. It should be permanently off and only ON by changing settings.

    Agreed. I've looked for a way to turn this off in the settings and it does NOT exist. I open my documents because I need the detail, I already know the summary. #duh
