    You might want to try a few quick fixes:

    Disable unnecessary plugins or extensions inside Acrobat
    Turn off “Protected Mode” temporarily (sometimes it slows startup)
    Make sure the app is updated to the latest version
    If your PDFs are large, try opening them in a lighter viewer first

    Another workaround is setting a faster default viewer (like a browser) for quick access, and only using Acrobat when you actually need editing features.
