    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. We would require some more details to help investigate your issue.   Requesting you to please share the PDF url that you were trying to print. Would be extremely helpful if you can also share the error message that you are seeing when you are trying to print the document.   Looking forward to hearing from you, so that we can make your experience with the Acrobat extension seamless.

    Yes, I have the same problem. I use Acrobat in Chrome, and only "Print this file" button does not work (the others work).

    I removed the extension and added it again. Unfortunately, it still does not solve the issue. I click Chrome - File - Print, and the preview is not ideal. That is why I have to download each pdf file to print them out on desktop Adobe Acrobat DC.

    I use the latest Chrome Version 107.0.5304.110 (Official Build) (x86_64) on macOS Monterey ver 12.6.

    An example of a pdf URL is https://acrobat.adobe.com/dc-chrome-extension/mv/en_US/Acrobat-for-Chrome.pdf

    Do NOT forget, "Print this file" does not work with any pdf URLs.
