We would require some more details to help investigate your issue.   Requesting you to please share the PDF url that you were trying to print.     I have this same problem. It is a PDF created in AutoCad in C Size 18 x24 and these used to print in 11 x 17 which out cropping. The print preview also shows cropping. If I download I can print just fine.
