    GST Registration is mandatory for businesses in India with an annual turnover exceeding the threshold limit (₹40 lakh for goods and ₹20 lakh for services). It enables businesses to legally collect tax from customers and claim input tax credit. The registration process is fully online via the GST portal, requiring PAN, address proof, bank details, and business constitution documents. A 15-digit GSTIN is issued upon approval.

    OPC (One Person Company) Registration allows a single individual to incorporate a private limited company, offering full control while enjoying limited liability protection. It’s ideal for solo entrepreneurs and freelancers looking for a formal business structure. The registration involves obtaining a Digital Signature Certificate (DSC), Director Identification Number (DIN), name reservation through RUN, filing SPICe+ form with the Ministry of Corporate Affairs, and drafting the Memorandum & Articles of Association.

    Subsidiary Company Registration refers to registering a company in India that is wholly or partly owned by a foreign or Indian parent company. The process involves choosing a business structure (Private/Public), obtaining DIN and DSC for directors, reserving a company name, filing incorporation forms with the MCA, and submitting shareholding and ownership details. It's essential for global companies entering the Indian market.

    GeM (Government e-Marketplace) Registration enables businesses to sell goods and services directly to government departments and PSUs. The process includes signing up on the GeM portal, completing KYC, uploading product/service listings, and verifying business credentials.
