    I am writing to request the cancellation and refund of a recent subscription that was charged to my account by mistake.

    I accidentally subscribed to the PDF creation service within the app, and I was charged nearly $70. Unfortunately, I did not intend to make this purchase, and I am currently unable to afford this unexpected expense.

    I have not used the service, and while I may consider using it in the future, I kindly ask that you please cancel the current subscription and process a refund for the amount charged.
