    Tengo una suscripción pero, no me deja pasar un documento pdf a Word. Me dice que me suscriba, cuñado lo intento, me recuerda que mi suscripción está vigente hasta octubre de este 2019. Y sigo sin poder utilizar la opción de pasar de pdf a Word. ¿Qué hago? Muchas gracias?
