We just moved from Lotus Notes to GSuite. Our user was using Adobe to convert multiple mail in one PDF. It use as an archive. It easier for them to build one PDF file with all email as an archive to track what append in a project, or what append with a call for tender, etc. Having this in a single file, stock on team drive make it easier to shared this knowledge or to track the history.
It's also use from our legal department for the same kind of purpose.
