The default direction of scroll wheel zooming varies between different applications (particularly in a CAD enviroment, where scroll wheel zooming is very useful when viewing large, detailed drawings).
It's quite disorientating when switching between applications if the zoom direction is different. It would therefore be very helpful to have an option to select the direction it works in, either to suit user preference or to match the user's other common applications.
