Frustrating to find things - especially commenting
I probably don't use this feature like many do, but I used to use the 'comment' feature on my touchscreen to annotate notes with a stylus. As a teacher, I like to project the notes I've typed and write on screen with the pen. With the new update, it's hard to find all of the controls to do this. I've managed to find some, but it's not a straightforward.

Convert document to PDFA causes pages to rotate and I have to convert it again
Every time I convert regular PDFs to PDFA, it rotates at least one of the pages and then I have to try it again. Sometimes I have to try twice before it converts but doesn't rotate the page. Not sure why this happens nor how to stop it.

Acrobat 2023.006.20320 slowness/screen rendering death loop when zooming in
Acrobat 2023.006.20320 is slow to render when zooming in. Also when viewing a document with large dimensions like a banner or a large sign Acrobat will try to render the view but either fails to render all elements after a long time or it will keep looping trying to render portions of the screen, it looks like white boxes appearing then disappearing and just keeps looping and never finishes rendering. The only way to make it stop is to close the document or force quit Acrobat. Just zoom in to reproduce.

Unable to Convert PDf
Since the update I have only been successful with converting a PDF 1 time - I have not been able to convert to Word or Excel (which is what I need) since this last update. I am not getting an error either. I have checked the downloads - Adobe is just not converting.

Bug - Organize Pages: Split Pages
When splitting pages with the new update, I have to reselect my options to use the bookmark names as the file names and split by bookmarks multiple times before it will actually perform the feature. It always defaults back to Split by Number of Pages, and after reconfirming my selection will split it with the file name Add Label and Number after Original Name Option. It takes a couple tries to even get the document to split, and a couple more to get it to correctly split with the requested name - this was never an issue before the update…

GET STARTED POP UP
I recently reinstalled Adobe on my PC, after reinstalling it I now keep getting the Getting Started Pop up with every file I open. I open over a 100 PDF files a day so this gets really annoying really fast. Is there a bug in the system or something I'm not clicking on to make it recognize that these messages have already been shown to me?

Allow multiple Digital Signatures prior to saving.
When applying digital signatures to the PDF, a save is required each time. This is very inefficient when applying multiple signatures to the same document. Please provide a feature where one can apply as many signatures to the document without saving each time.

Monthly usage report
I wish I could have a simple usage report.
In order not to damage privacy there could be a tool that indicates the last use with large variables:
less than a month ago;
more than a month ago;
more than three months ago;
more than 6 months ago; etc. as happens with the console of the non-competing software Autocad.
Thanks best regards

Revert to previous edition - this is sluggish & cumbersome and constitutes a regressive step rather than enhancement - bloatware !
Revert to previous edition - this is sluggish & cumbersome - bloatware at it's worst - does nothing whatsoever to enhance the product - a jobsworth production

Keyboard shortcuts
The ability to customise keyboard shortcuts, despite what some of your staff seem to think, is an important accessibility feature.
I find what Adobe can do amazing, it's however very held back by its poor usability. Among the worst example is the fact that commonly used shortcuts, which have the same function for almost all other apps, for some reason have different functions in Acrobat. The number of times that an incorrect shortcut has interrupted the flow of work (because, of course, I can't find the well-hidden tool that will fix the problem I'd just inadvertently created) means that quite…2 votes -
Persist display configuration
When I view a document in Acrobat Reader, I always want a standard default, which is single page view, fill to height, disable scrolling. The trouble is, the application never remembers this; every time I open a document I have to repeat the same sequence of control interactions to set it up the way I want. This is an unproductive waste of my time which could be mitigated by either automatically remembering my display configuration or giving me a control by which I can manually tell the application to remember my configuration as a default.

Toolbar obscures document
The new toolbar that hovers on top of the document obscures the reading area on certain devices (like laptops with smaller screens and netbooks) especially when the comments pane is open. It's bizarre to me that Adobe didn't account for different use cases before implementing something like this. It's like whoever made this change viewed their 4k monitor at 100% without ever zooming in and said, "Yeah, this is good. No reason to view this in any other way."
Possible solutions.
Ditch the floating toolbar altogether. It seems pointless to be able to move the toolbar to a different area…

Find and Replace to edit comments
It would be great to be able to batch edit comments in the Comments pane. For example, to use the Search function and find all comments with something like a common spelling error or incorrect text, then use a Find and Replace function across all the found comments to replace the text with new text.

zoom
Zoom buttons :
1st - they used to be on the top and in view, now they are in the bottom right corner and you can't move them.
2nd - the buttons only move in increments of 25%, 100% is too big, 75% is too small. to have 85% i have to click on the 100 (not the % because if you just have 85, it doesn't work) every time I open a file.this would not be bad if I was able to set my preferences to a particular %, but that only goes in 25% increments as well…
