  1. PDFs all display as yellow

Acrobat updated yesterday (Version 2021.007.20091, used with Windows 10, 10.0.19042 Build 19042) and now all PDFs display with a yellow background, including all images. Changing the disability background color to white fixes the text, but not the images. See attached screenshots. This happens for all PDFs--ones I made 5 minutes ago, ones I made before the bug, ones downloaded off the internet. If I create a new PDF from a Word file, others without the bug on their computer don't see it as a yellow.

  4. Automate the combination of multiple images to PDF, and name the resulting PDF using the Folder's name.

I would like to be able to place images within a folder, then batch convert many folders to produce 1 PDF per folder. For example "FOLDER1" contains 10 jpges. I would like FOLDER1.pdf to be 10 pages, "FOLDER2" to be FOLDER2.pdf and so on.

  5. Combine toolbar and menubar

Move the menu bar to title bar like Photoshop and stop wasting screen space. I always have to press F9 after opening each PDF file because I rarely use menus, and they insist on being there to waste my time and space.

  6. It would be nice if Adobe could just save the file to the current location when we press "ctrl" + "s"

It would be nice if Adobe could just save the file to the current location when we press "ctrl" + "s" it is a bit annoying when you have to select the folder every time want to save a small change. I moved to using edge to open my pdf because it is quick to save and I don't need to select which folder I want to save

  7. W keyboard shortcut should work to insert text - please bring this shortcut back from Acrobat 11

"W" keyboard shortcut should work to insert text. I used this every day in Acrobat 11 and was dumbfounded when I "upgraded" to DC and it was gone. Acrobat is much less useful to me (and anyone else who annotates documents for a living) without Ctrl+W, and there's no workaround in DC. There's no way I can be the only one with this problem.

  8. Bad interaction with Adobe Community Professional

I would like someone at Adobe to review the interaction linked below and take whatever action is necessary. I posted a sincere, respectful question, and I got a disrespectful, passive-aggressive response from a so-called Adobe Community Professional. When I called him on it, he replied, "I don't speak for Adobe." I would suggest that Adobe should make sure that's true. He certainly is not engaged in creating a helpful "community." I looked also at a number of his other interactions. Many of them have the same flavor of condescending abruptness, and don't really provide any help. If this were just…

  9. PDF "initial view" settings not visible in browser OneDrive view better than Document Cloud view

    refer case number: ADB-21100118-T0B5
sharing the same file through the Microsoft OneDrive cloud creates a link that uses the full-page preference. Sharing it on the Adobe document cloud ignores the view settings and always defaults to page-width.

When sending a document for multiple signatures, I would like to be able to assign specific signees edit access to the document. That way they don't have to decline the document and then I would have to resend the document all over again. Then everyone would receive the final copy when everyone signs.

  11. Offer user activity reporting in the Admin Console

I need to know if a license hasn't been used for a while. Please add some form of user activity reporting in the Admin Console. I just need to know if a user has been inactive for a count of days. A 30 day old inactive user is wasting a license that can be used by someone else.

  12. Bring back the ability to share multiple files

Adobe Acrobat Pro Dc / Version 2019.012.20040

See attached image of how user interface looked.

Had the ability to share/track/send multiple files. A must have feature
for all users especially designers who use the Adobe software more than anyone else.

The newer versions do not WHY?

Please Adobe bring this feature back !!

  13. Forms

I recently updated my Adobe license and noted that the new version no longer provides the 'Actions', 'Format', 'Validate' and 'Calculate' options when I create a new form. Have these functionalities been removed or am I not finding them?

  15. View Bookmark and Page Thumbnail at the same time

I saw this was declined before due to lack of comments or feedback but i think this is good for a second round to try again. When i am revising documents for my projects, only way i can drag and drop is through page thumbnails but sifting through hundreds of pages is quicker when i can access bookmarks and click on the page to bring me to the right page i need to replace or modify. If both of the Bookmark and Page Thumbnails are able to viewed at the same time, it would make it more efficient to work…

  16. aadhar based verification for esign

    Hello Team Adobe

We would appreciate if you can integrate Aadhar based verification process before the document is esigned.
This process will help many companies streamline their requirement with just adobe solution.
We are looking for a solution on immediate basis and if you can integrate it using your API on Teams platform that would be really great.

    regards
    Hetal

  18. Adobe Pro keeps deleting radio button name

Version and system information at the bottom.

    Here's a potential bug that I found:
    1. Change a radio button name.
    2. Save and close the PDF.
    3. Reopen the PDF.
    4. Observe that the radio button name is missing.

This is driving me crazy because I have validation set up to make sure all the form fields are filled in properly. I can't do that if the radio button name is missing.

  19. Option To Delete Original File After Splitting

An option to delete the original file after splitting it into individual files would save time. Every time I split a PDF, I then have to go and delete the original file. On top of that, if I have split a PDF using 'top level bookmarks' Acrobat asks me if I want to save the file when closing it. So there are 2 steps that could be avoided by setting one option 'delete original file after splitting'.

  20. Set Defaults For Output Options When Splittings PDFs

Each and every time I split a PDF, I must manually set the folder I want the files to save to. I should be able to set the folder path one time and Acrobat will default to that same folder next time I split a PDF. This goes for all the settings whenever splitting a PDF. It would save me time if Acrobat remembered what options I used last when splitting a file. For instance, if I split a file and used the "Use top level bookmarks" option, the next time I go to split a PDF I shouldn't have…
