Yes, couldn't agree more with all the comments on this thread. I had set up a big editing job to do on a shared document with another editor, only to find out we could not do the work collaboratively because almost all the commenting tools disappear on the cloud version. I especially wanted access to Insert text at cursor or Add note to replace text. If Google figures out a way to let us edit PDFs on their cloud, I'll switch in a heartbeat from Acrobat to them. This is a big disappointment that Adobe has not given much thought to its Collaborative doc functionality -- pretty limited if you cannot do much to the document.
