    I'm having the same problem with Acrobat 2020 but this time on BigSur. It was caused by immigration from old Mac to a new Mac. The 2020 installed with no problem on the old Mac running BigSur - licensing app came up - login and everything working. It is an installation thing? I was on line with an adobe tech person who basically was running around on my computer and still getting the same blank adobe licensing window. Can anybody help me with new terminal commands - I'm guessing using something like this

    sudo /Applications/Adobe\ Acrobat\ 2020/Adobe\ Acrobat.app/Contents/MacOS/AdobeAcrobat
