Poor Sign-in design for Adobe Acrobat
Adobe Acrobat sign-in process is anti-customer and designed to frustrate your clients.
(1) I have to click see more to click on sign in with Microsoft. Only Apple, Google, and Facebook are available on the first screen. I highly doubt that Facebook is used more than Microsoft, but regardless, there is more than enough room to allow all 5 of the allowed SSO methods to be available on the main sign-in screen.
(2) You only allow 2 computers to be signed in at a time, regardless of whether the other logins are active. This is problematic and frustrating behavior for…

Combine file has failed to install for repeatedly for 5 days.
I've attempted to download the combine file feature for 5 DAYS... it hangs at 90%. Yes, restarted, reinstalled, and would have missed my deadline except you can combine PDFs in Dropbox for FREE.--- Remember when software came with all the features you paid for on a disc?
What's your fix, or should I just cancel? Been paying for this package for a year, not using it, now that I've needed it, it's vaporware. Completely dissatisfied with the product.

This happens after opening a PDF in Adobe Acrobat (Continuous Release Version 2024.002.20991 | 64-bit).
This error is received after opening a PDF in Acrobat. I have run the add/remove programs > Modify > repair program and am still getting the error. I tried to run a repair on Adobe Creative Cloud Desktop app, but it only has the remove option. Checking for updates reports that everything is up to date.

Disable generative AI features administratively from the Adobe admin portal.
I need a way to administratively disable generative AI company-wide.
Adobe has decided to launch generative AI in its new Acrobat beta. The announcement email indicated that to administratively disable generative AI for a team, that I must contact customer service. What????
Customer Service tells me the only way to disable generative AI is to deploy the following registry setting, which obviously is a terrible way to manage a product:

Create a Dword- bEnableGentech

Frequently Loses Log In Validation
I have a full Acrobat Pro subscription. I use Acrobat all the time to create / edit / file documents. Occasionally before, and more often lately I open a PDF file, only to have my Acrobat app (installed on my laptop running Windows 10) say that "upgrade to access that function" implying that I don't have a subscription. License Purchase Audit Log
Currently, there is no way in the Admin Console to clearly see recent license purchases for any of the Adobe products. The audit log would seem to be the most logical place to look, but after we purchased 5 new licenses for Adobe Acrobat, my supervisor asked me to confirm they were added to the license pool. However, since I did not know the previous total license count, I could not determine if the licenses were added. Loss of licenses when computers crash
I purchased a licence to Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017. I intalled this on my two computers and have hapilly used them for several years. I have had to reinstall my OS on my laptop a few times now and when I try to reinstall Adobe it tells me I have exceeded the number of licences permitted. allow Shared usage of Adobe Pro for teams access.
My Company (Small business) uses the adobe pro license daily. We have grown and wish to assign the Acrobat Sign Duties to another user. Currently the only way to do this is purchase an entire Sign License ($20.99/permonth) or another Pro License ($23.99/permonth). This is cost prohibitive for a small business who merely wants to delegate some of the daily routine to another user. Your customers PAY FOR your products. When I downloaded and launched the app on my new laptop (LONGtime user on my prior laptop), you did not:
Announce the "new" look
Offer a tour of the "new" product BEFORE launching it
Offer the option of "new" vs. "original"I had to resort to Chat with Customer Service to learn what happened and how to undo your GIANT step backwards. The fonts are microscopic, there are icons where words should be, and the layout is now a hide-and-seek experience.

Creative Cloud thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of Acrobat
When I create new dynamic stamps in Acrobat, Creative Cloud then thinks I'm using more than 2 copies of all my CC apps. Every time I launch Acrobat (or other CC Apps), a warning dialog opens informing me that I can only have apps stored on 2 computers with my license. I need to click Learn More, visit Adobe's Web site, dismiss the browser, and return to Acrobat to continue using the Program. This behavior I have experienced on Mac OS Sonoma (14.1.2).
