After my IT department did troubleshooting we were able to get it fixed. Tried removing virus protection software which indicating firewall blocking, did not impact program. Tried uninstall reinstall showed the program update and went back to crashing. Found an application CommonLook validator program was crashing the Adobe Acrobat DC.

I dont see adobe acrobat DC in the error report I went to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Windows\
Right-click the Windows Error Reporting key.
Select Export and save the .reg file on the desktop.

Ever since the technician yesterday deleted the adobe acrobat key from HKEY_CURRENT_USER Software Adobe actobat DC it delete the error. But now every single time I close the Adobe Acrobat DC application and try to reopen it again it shows breifly on the screen for one second and crashes disappears and doesnt load requiring to clear the key again. This is a pretty fatal bug as it is happening continuously even on a valid license and troublshooting my computer via remote desktop it didnt do a darn thing yesterday.
