    I agree - this default cursor behaviour is very annoying and effectively disables those with poorer eye-sight. @Jallen - as a temporary workaround, admittedly not ideal though, you can set up the mouse (in windows mouse settings) to 'beacon' it's location, when you press Ctrl.
