Agreed. There should be an option to simply print the comments and highlights pane, as it appears in Acrobat. The Create Comment Summary feature, in its most condensed format, prints all comments on the separate page on which they appear. Why?! On a 16-page document on which I've made 6 comments on 6 different pages, the Comment Summary Feature will then print 6 pages, when it could all be condensed onto a single page, with a text note indicating the pdf page on which the comment was made.
