    I do have the same problem and as I see since 2018 this problem is still unsolved! I don't get it Adobe is it concerned about the troubleshootings? It doesn't look like. It seems to me that rather keep a log with the problems but do not try to provide any solution. Besides it is impossible to contact them. Or is this the only mean???
