    If one waits a moment between clicks, one avoids this bug.

    This could take some thought to fix, as it is an instance of a flaw in all operating systems that is unlikely to be fixed in our lifetimes: Mouse interactions are interpreted based on the screen state when the OS gets around to it, not the screen state when the click took place.

    It looks like someone tried to fix this, with a conventional mindset believing that the OS will be fair to them, overlooking this pervasive flaw in all operating systems. This bug needs a special patch.

    Gamers are fast enough to dislike wireless mice. One runs into this bug simply by working swiftly.
