Every option I have seen to permanently hide the navigation pane has been by document. I would like this pane to remain closed regardless of whether the document has bookmarks or not. I do not want to click on the arrow for each and every time I open a document. This is not practical when opening/closing 50-100 documents per session. I need to see the entire document and not what Adobe thinks is important to them.
