    Same in our business, we received several commented PDF files from our client.
    Upon opening, there is only 1 comment present in the overview list (pane).
    When you scroll down the document and happen to pass by a page with another comment, only then does it show up. Also here the issue is reproducable on PC's of colleagues.

    My Acrobat Pro DC version (at the time of writing) is version 2021.001.20060. on a PC with Windows 10.
