    Hello @Girija Agarwala,

    I am running into the same issue.
    1. Acrobat 21.11.20039.0
    2. Mac OS Big Sur 11.6.2
    3. Same thing with all the 3D files.
    4. Please attach a sample file and a video showcasing the issue.
