    I am having the same issue with Korean.

    I am on macOS Catalina 10.15.8 and using Acrobat Reader DC 2021.011.20039

    Text as seen in PDF: 권우 씨, 요즘 운전면허 학원에 다닌다면서요?
    Copied and pasted:    씨,      면  학      면  ?

    I had this issue last year, fixed it, and now it is back. The fix issued in June 2021 does not work now, It is ridiculous that this is a recurring issue.
