    We are an inhouse production department with thousands of products in 29 languages and our primary mode of product edit delivery from translators and editors all over the world is via marked-up pdfs. We have had this errant comment count happen multiple times with multiple designers...I second Phill Watson's comments. This is bad business practice, but not surprising from Adobe.
