Hi Deborah Anderson,
Thanks for reporting this — sorry to hear you're running into crashes with the Word add-in. Could you share a few more details?
Platform: Are you on Windows or Mac?
Word version: Word desktop app or Word Online (in a browser)? If desktop, which build/version (File → Account → About Word)?
When does it crash? Right when Word opens, when you click the Adobe Acrobat "Convert to PDF" button, during conversion, or at some other point? If you could share the exact steps/workflow you followed — from opening the document to the moment it crashed — that would really help us reproduce it.
Frequency: Does it happen with every document, even a simple, brand-new one with just a line of text — or only with certain documents (larger files, ones with images/tables, password-protected files, etc.)?
Error message: Do you see any error message or dialog before/when it crashes? A screenshot would help if so.
This will help us reproduce and fix the issue as quickly as possible. Thanks for your patience!
Regards,
Rahul
