    M Nixon... I have no idea... I just wish someone from from Adobe would jump on here and tell us when they're going to fix it

    This is not about the opacity of the hightlight colour; it's about the shade and that it washes out the black of the text underneath it. What's stranger is that the colour is the old, more vibrant, yellow when I highlight text I have added and my text is still a dark black, but the yellow highlight over the original, embedded text, is very pale and somehow manages to wash out the black of the embedded text. (Note that the 36.00 and 50.40 were the same shade of black prior to highlighting and I did not change any of the highlighter settings... some just came out lighter and some darker.) This is annoying enough that I'm going to look for an Adobe alternative if it's not fixed soon
