    Fully agree that the reappearing shortcut is an annoyance. I've never seen anyone launch Acrobat Reader from shortcut, because workflow is almost always to open a file from Explorer or a mail attachment.
    It's particularly annoying on smaller screens - if every app did it, some desktop screens would become unusable.
