    Some days its easy to use, BUT all of the above survey questions apply to me. Why is this app so hard to use when I downloaded to full program. The program sends you to many places before you can actually EDIT and or PRINT the doc. The program needs to be smoother to use when you want to be able to pull up a doc without going through so many different pages before the program actually allows you to use it. So I just put it in WORD and leave it on my desktop. Whereas Acrobat, it seems like you need CIA clearance to get to edit or copy a doc. WHY did you make this program so hard to use all the time?

    • Can you please share the PDF URL (if it is not confidential) OR share the exact steps to reproduce the issue?
    • Also, can you please open these browser settings - chrome://settings/content/pdfDocuments and check if the following setting for opening PDFs in browser is enabled "Open PDFs in Chrome". If not, please toggle from "Download PDFs" to "Open PDFs in Chrome". Now, please try to open PDFs in the Acrobat Viewer and print again.

    Hoping the above will resolve your issue. Requesting you to please confirm to us by reverting back if your issue is resolved.
