    Go to Preferences > Security (Enhanced) and disable:
    1) Enable Protected Mode at startup (Preview)
    2) Enable Enhanced Security

    and the problem should be fixed. Saw this solution in some forum and it solved this problem perfectly. If I remember correctly, Adobe support had suggested this.
