Icons are entirely too large, take up too much space. If Adobe insists on the unwanted share, feedback, tutorial and notification icons, they shouldn't be confused with "tools." The Home and Tools tabs should be SMALL buttons that can be removed if the user likes, thereby making the Documents tab heading unnecessary and giving back that space. Another row of toolbar would be great as well, especially if it were appropriately small and had no more of the ridiculous bloat that takes up fully half of the toolbar now if the user has the PDF in half their screen, as many, many will.
