An error occurred while saving the comment I couldn't agree more! I do loads of internal research for non-profit organizations (think: effect of the Ukraine war on fertilizer prices in Kenya) and I need to show and link my sources. If the Chrome extension makes it hard for me to copy/paste the SIMPLEST version of the link... I will simply stop using it.
And what is with "Adobe Acrobat: PDF edit, convert, sign tools" taking up half the address bar? No other plug-in does that. I need to see my addresses. Please make that go away. -

1000% agree. I hate, hate, hate that it changes the URL. It makes it so awkward to copy and share links quickly (for example when you are in the middle of a Zoom call and someone asks for a link to the document).
I also think it is messing with Zotero, because I can no longer automatically add PDFs when I am doing research, which means they have to be cut and pasted in...meaning (again) copying the links is awkward.
