  1. I want to refer multiple pdfs while reading....and i am not able to do that because the previously opened doc has to close for a new one to

    That sounds frustrating—multitasking is key when handling multiple resources. Just like seamless document access is essential, the ABC ID lets students easily manage and transfer their academic credits across institutions. Hope the doc issue gets fixed soon for smoother studying!
