  4. Unable to save file I'm viewing to my computer. The only option offered is to Adobe Cloud . Changed setting to My Computer, had no effect

    Hi Ashoka,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. Apologies for the inconvenience faced by you. I would like to tell you, and you might have experienced it already that you can view the hosted PDFs into Acrobat Extension directly just by clicking on the PDF link without even downloading it into the local drive and can use all our verbs like Convert, Compress, Edit, etc. based on your subscription.
    You can also manage your Adobe Cloud storage by clicking on your profile icon and then clicking on "My Adobe cloud storage files" which will open Acrobat Web in a new tab.
