Adobe sucks

Adobe is really quite usless. It has too many flaws. I just want to download my file in pdf and save it. Even your fill in forms don't work.

Abdul Samad,
Thank you for your email. I am 80 years of age and I am slow to understand and remember things. I reset my password for Adobe but it does not work for me. I think I cannot cope with Adobe so I would like you to remove your Adobe programme from my records so I can access them.
