    Hi,

    We understand that the link can be accessed within a closed network or under certain conditions, but if you provide us a link (till domain only) then we can put it into our "ignored URL" list, and then all the PDFs of this domain will start opening in Native Viewer even if the extension is enabled to open the PDF. This will be a quick solution for you until we find out a long-term solution.

    Hi Wendy,

    Thank you for your response. From what I understand, you would like to view the last line of page 1 and the first line of page 2 in a single view. However, the page is scrolling up to show the entire page 2, and vice-versa. Please let me know if this is correct. If you are trying to view the pages in this way, it should be possible using the "View with scrolling" feature.

    If that doesn't work, we can reach out to you via email to schedule a meeting and better understand the issue, especially since you're unable to upload the video.

    Hi David,

    Thanks for sharing your feedback. I'm sorry for the inconvenience. We provide the option to Save a copy of the file if the file is edited and it has two options, Save to Adobe Cloud Storage and Save To Local.
    If the file is not edited then you can download it to save it to local machine or can select Save To Adobe Cloud Storage from the More Menu options (triple dot) located on the right-top side of the PDF viewer.
