The design team for many large companies these days is so disconnected from the actual user experience it feels like. What percentage of their users actually interact with this "All tools" bar frequently enough to warrant it being a default option, let alone a default option that cannot be undone in their "newest release?"
Beyond that requiring users to create multiple accounts to fully utilize their program(s) and then another account to share feedback as to the unacceptable design flaw in their software is beyond me as well.
PLEASE fix this before going live with this and doing away with your old user experience as this new UI is not an improvement.
