    Hi Bhawna,
    Thank you for the suggestion. Ahh. I figured it out. Apparently the offered app in CC was Acrobat Reader; it was labeled as Acrobat and not Acrobat Reader (see attached file). GRRRRR! I had to search for the correct app in CC. Now things are working correctly
