Fillable documents not fillable.
When I create a fillable form, the areas are not fillable. Instead, when I put my curser on the area to be typed in, a blue box shows up and I am unable to type anything there.

mailchimp
I'm trying to create a pdf in acrobat pro from a Mailchimp URL. it says you're having a connectivity problem and says to follow a link to Mailchimp ... but Mailchimp says there is no problem. Are you working on the problem on your end? Thanks!

Create button
Please remove the "+Create" button from the tab row. This has been creating a poor experience when working with multiple tabs and files. Providing an option to disable this button from it's current spot would be helpful as well.

Distiller sends produced pdf to wrong place (in programm itself) on mac
It happens every time with the first of the files.
The context is as this.
- xuse me for using german menu names from now on -
I am using "Voreinstellungen" -> "Überwachte Ordner" ( screenshot )
from time to time ( on one monthly project ).I then have 24 ps-files in my "in"-Folder,
when I start Distiller, who start instantly to work them. And then - as you clearly see in the screenshot - the first file goes kind a nowhere = "Beim verschieben der PDF-Datei Ist ein Fehler aufgetreten".
Which is clear because - I think - Distiller…

NEW IDEA:
I, like most of the lawyers that I regularly deal with, use WordPerfect, which is a product by the Corel company - NOT Microsoft. WordPerfect is far easier to use, is more sophisticated in what you can do to not only create documents, but to also edit them easier and far faster. WordPerfect has nothing to do with Word. For some reason, Adobe no longer appears to recognize WordPerfect [.wpd] documents as I spent a couple of hours today working with your Tech Agents (yes, plural) to convert a 3 page document to a .pdf version. I purchased Acrobat Pro…

Aptos when converting to PDF
The Aptos font does not convert properly when creating a new PDF from a Word document that contains Aptos. The text is misaligned and janky. This is the case even with the full family of Aptos faults installed as system fonts and placed in the Adobe fonts folder.

I hate where the "Create" button is. What a stupid place for it.
Please put ANYWHERE ELSE.

PDF Portfolio Thumbnails missing
Hi,
It seems like the PDF Portfolio Thumbnails are missing, causing major disruption in our communication with our customers who use the thumbnails on the left side of the Portfolio view to navigate between the files.
Currently in January 2024 the Portfolio appears just as a list and many additional settings and preferences also disappeared. Looks like a stripped version of the formerly powerful format.
Please, provide explanation.
Thank you.
Best Regards,

Bug - Trying to add text causes program to lag
Environment: Windows 10, 16GB RAM, Adobe Acrobat Pro, New Installation ver 24.2.20759.0
Steps: Menu->Create-> Blank Page. Then click 'Text' under Edit and place a new textbox. Type in a sentence.
Expected: Characters generated as key is lifted
Observed: Sometimes acrobat pro lags between 3 to 10 seconds and then generates characters.
Sometimes other actions like highlight text will cause program to lag too.Attempted:

Annoying Acrobat Reader feature - "Do you want to turn your photo into a PDF?"
As a s/w product marketing manager and dev engr for 25 years, I suggest you remove the annoying question posed to users of Acrobat Reader: "Want to turn your photo into a PDF?" This will likely result in losing business as customers are annoyed with the suggestion. Who on the business side thought this would be a great way to generate more revenue for Adobe?

Regarding case ADB-35924396-K4P5 - Adobe Acrobat Pro issues
Regarding case ADB-35924396-K4P5 - Adobe Acrobat Pro issues
There are several issues that are intermittent. I am working in the web version because almost all the files I need to work with are in shared folders on Google Drive, therefore not accessible in adobe's desktop connection to My Drive.
Mac OS Sonoma 14.5, MacBook Air, Google Drive, Acrobat Pro and using the extension within Chrome.
Issues are all about Adobe stalling. Often enough that I gave in and called support but not at all times.a. using "Open With" from Google Drive on Google Doc and file never opens.

Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save
Bug: Create/Combine/Add files/Save As windows is blank, won't save. A blank popup window appears. If I click past it, I can enter a filename, and the popup goes away, but no file is created. I tried uninstalling (even though my updates were current) and reinstalling, but I get the same result.

Inter font does not render correctly from PPT to PDF
The Inter font does not convert properly when converting from PPT to PDF. Adobe Acrobat will only recognize it as Inter Thin. Even though all the Inter family fonts are visible in the drop down menu, it will only display the font as Inter Thin. This should be fixed.

When creating a portfolio, being able to preview each document
In Adobe 64 bit when you created a portfolio it showed large images on the right hand side and a preview of the document selected in the middle. not it just shows a list and you have to open each document to ensure what you combined was correct.
