  1. You can't perform simple tasks in the program anymore. You try to flip multiple pages so they appear in the correct direction and the program closes. You try to save a file and the information needed is blanked out with another bug. You try to use the stupid AI and it takes several minutes with each page.

I'm working for a large company with brand new computers. There is no issues with the internet connection. This is the only program that continuously crashes trying to do the bare minimum of features.

This is precisely why no one wants AI. It's…

  2. We cannot easily reorder documents after grouping them in a list. It would be nice to be able to type the number under the oder tab to change the order in the list after grouping them. Moving them with a mouse is glitchy and frustrating.

  3. In the latest version of Adobe Acrobat Pro, attempting to combine multiple JPG files of varying pixel dimensions and DPI into a single PDF causes the application to close abruptly without any error message. This occurs consistently when at least one image in the batch differs significantly in resolution or aspect ratio from the others.

    Steps to Reproduce:

    Open Acrobat Pro (latest build).

Go to File → Create → Combine Files into a Single PDF.

Add multiple JPG images with different dimensions/DPI (e.g., mix of 300 DPI A4‑sized scans and smaller 72 DPI images).

    Click Combine.

    Expected Result:Acrobat should successfully…

  4. When I convert word files into one pdf (right click after selecting documents, option "combine files to pdf") it no longer shows the markup column or highlighted changes from the word documents in the finished pdf file.
I now have to print every single word document as a pdf, then it shows the markup and changes. It takes a lot of time, which honestly nobody has.
It worked 1,5 months ago, please look into this, I need this option daily!

  5. The Save As experience in Acrobat on Windows 11 is extremely frustrating for real‑world workflows. When I create a PDF from an Office document (e.g., PowerPoint), I want the PDF to save in the same folder as the source file or at least be easily reachable via Windows Recent Folders. Instead, Acrobat shows its own “Home”/Recent UI that ignores Windows’ Recent Folders shell and often doesn’t default to the source document’s folder. This forces extra navigation steps every time. Please add options to (1) always default Save As to the source document’s folder and/or (2) surface Windows Recent Folders directly…

  6. After an update, the Adobe Plug-in is now accepting all track changes in Word when it converts the document. I need track changes to be shown. Is there a fix for this? Everything I have read previously doesn't work

  7. I scanned some large images and am trying to add them to a PDF. After 8 pages, the Organize Pages view is consuming all my RAM and Acrobat runs out of memory.

    Acrobat Pro 2025.001.21078
Windows 11 Home 25H2 with latest updates

This problem started occurring in the last 2 months.

I have a log ID if the support team needs it.

  8. Using latest MS Word and latest Acrobat DC on latest MS Windows.
Creating PDF from docx file, turned off all accessibility features in Word and Acrobat. Settings maximised for best quality.
Since last week, the export is rendering some fonts as Black in the PDF, whereas in Word they are Navy blue, or white with navy background.
Rebooted, installed updates, tried other colour combinations, checked all Word and Adobe settings for accessibility. I have opened the PDF in other viewers and the problem persists. Images are all fine, it's just the font colour which changed.
    This was working ok one…

  9. When attempting to combine three (one-page) PDF files, I'm encountering a bug where the first page gets duplicated three times. Instead of one document containing three unique pages from the three PDF files, I'm getting one document with three identical pages from PDF file #1.

    I've never encountered this before.

  11. I get this random bug every now and then on the paid version of Acrobat pro where when I go to combine files and make them into a PDF, I get a pop-up that says "This feature is not included in your current Acrobat license". When I go to do it a second time, I'm able to combine files. Kind of a strange bug, but it always works the second time I try and do this.

  13. A guided action seems to default to Save as prompting with a dialog box to save as, don't save or cancel for every file in a folder, rather than respecting the Save action step with the specified settings in Output Options and File naming section to add a suffix to the file and move on.

  14. During using combine file option in file explorer (or desktop), Acrobat is crashing (or freezing) abruptly:
The problem is that if the file path contains over 150 characters in total, I checked that a file that contains exactly 151 or above characters are having this problem but not below it. [I tried with JPG file(s)].

I did like to request to either increase the limit to over 500 or just stick with modern apps's ways like its alternatives does (for example Foxit)

    1. I would like to be able to prepopulate the Layout and Magnification options under Initial View in Document Properties and also the language in the Advanced tab.
    2. I use to be able to see the file size for my recent documents on the home page...I can't anymore. Sad face.
    3. When I OCR, sometimes images are rotated. I would like for there to be an option where the images are left alone after the OCR.
    4. Scrolling among the languages for the OCR is challenging.

  15. Can Adobe Acrobat Create a Professional PDF Document from Web Page?

When I see or hear about Adobe, I can imagine the best creative tool for creative professional. That is Adobe branding in my mind.

But, that change 360 degree, when I see the resulting PDF document from a web page. So unprofessional, so messy, and so ugly. I believe your Dev Team very aware about this and hopefully can do something about it.

Thank you so much for reading this and consider this input for the future improvements of Adobe Acrobat Pro.

    Best regards from Indonesia,

    Lukman Febrianto

  16. I DO NOT want Adobe to pop up each time I download a pdf in another program. I WANT to save my preference, and the pop up box actually does not allow me to save my actual preference. I want to be able to adjust my adobe settings in my computer like I am supposed to be able to do and not have adobe decide that my wishes don't matter. FIX THIS please.

  19. After each update "combine multiple files" to 1 pdf doesn't work anymore. Typically Acrobat doesn't recognize/accept word.docs anymore. It used to be so easy. Go on windows explorer, chose files (word, pdf), right mouse botton, combine multiple files, done. Why are you constantly changing things that worked so well before.
