    Thank you for providing your feedback. We apologize for any inconvenience you may have encountered while using Acrobat Web. Could you please describe the specific issue you are facing when using Acrobat Web? Did the tab remain inactive for an extended period while the document was open? Additionally, when posting the comment, did the UI display any errors on the screen?

    Your input will greatly assist us in promptly resolving the issue you are experiencing.

    While I and my colleagues are using Adobe Acrobat we have an issue posting comments on a shared with us files. When you type something the comment just doesn't go through and it says at the bottom right corner in red "We were unable to post your comment, please try again". We tried fixing it simply by sharing a new working file but it worked once in five attempts.
    One day we didn't have any problem and now with a brand new file it has the same error.
    We're working with Acrobat on a daily basis and didn't have any problem till the time when my feedback was written.
