Subscription does not work even once. Must upgrade to some other service...who knows if that even works. Waste of time and money!
Awful service...just spent an age trying to get my Export PDF subscription working and was told that my subscription does cover export to JPEG...only to word. Supposedly I need to upgrade to some other service
Export subscription explicity says:
Export to Word
Export to Excel
Export PowerPoint
Export to JPEG, TIFF, PNGHow do I get my subscription to work?

There is no way to remove the ****** floating menu when opening a pdf. Get rid of that garbage and show where the preferences can be changed at.

I exported an adobe doc to a Word DOCx. Word cannot open the file. This is not a great help folks.

Not saving PDF after inserting a new page
It is not allowing me to delete a page and insert a new page. Once I hit save, it tells me something went wrong and gets stuck on the screen saying "discard" "cancel" and then I cant move forward with trying to save my new page.

Combine files and chat help not working
Hello - I'm having issues accessing the 'combine files' service included in my plan. This service has been working fine, until today. I tried solving this issue with the chat, but the service there was very poor and did not solve the issue. See attached chat log. I'm paying for this service, and expect to be able to access it. I have a deadline that I'm now late on due to this failure on Adobe's part to deliver on the services that I'm paying for.

Wors than Apple free Preview
the web services was horrible. I was not able combine multiple PDF together and there was no button to report bug. On contrast MacBook default Preview combined them successfully. Your paid service is worse than some free products. Why should I keep subscription?

EDIT PDF NOT RESPONDING.
I AM NOT ABLE TO EDIT MY pdf. WHENEVER I AM GOING TO TRY SOMETHING "preparing file to edit..." MSG IS GETTING DISPLAYED. AND IT'S BEEN BUFFERING FOR LAST 15MINS. I FLT LIKE BEING CHEATED.

Lacking Basic Acrobat Tools
I need access to all the tools on Adobe Acrobat Pro and I don't have those right now. I need Combine, Convert, Organize Pages, etc. I am very limited. Please help!

Create the full feature set on the Web version as the downloadable version of Adobe Acrobat
add the ability to edit the text fields online. I am running on an old computer for work and down want to download adobe acrobat (which i'm forced to the install creative cloud and all the other software that I don't want) Just make the web version as capable as the desktop app please and thank you
