Compression settings are false / in reverse
Hey guys, you have a huge error in this PDF compression platform.
As far as I can tell, the option LOW actually provides the SMALLEST file size, despite saying the exact opposite right beneath it.
And vice versa.
“High compression” gives me a 4 MB file, whereas “Low compression” gives me a 1 MB file.

change tool functionality
the tool section functionality is HORRIBLE.. since you changed to not having to click the selection each time it is FRUSTRATING to edit the original selection (arrow, line, box, comment).

PDF/X options missing for high quality printing
I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.

AI? Slow or not working
I attempted to get AI assistant to pricess a pdf , which had less than 200 pages and less than 5MB in side. An hour later It still sems to be running.
Not sure what use this is

Non-display of data
MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro seems to not correctly display data of month-end Bank of America (BoA) credit card accounts. Some of the general structure of the statements is shown but not the data. This is true for three different BoA credit card account statements, my personal Frederick S Hagen account, and business credit card accounts for Icogenex and 454 Viking LLC. On the other hand BoA “bank account” month end statements, display properly and PDFs from other sources display properly with MAC Adobe Acrobat Pro. It can't be that hard to compress a PDF
the desktop version made my mostly text PDF look like ****, so I'm trying the online PDF compressor. It's been "compressing" my file for at least 5min...I'm over it! this really shouldn't be so hard.

Signature Requests going to SPAM folders
As a home inspector, I send out agreements for electronic signature daily. Many times a week, my clients can't find the request for signature either because the Subject line does not stand out from other email and/or the request just goes to their SPAM folder.

PDF comment resolution in web UI is buggy
I believe the feature for resolving comments in a PDF in the web UI is flawed. After I resolve comments, very often I will return to the document and they're not resolved. I can confirm I'm looking at the latest/refreshed PDF in the UI, and I'm certain my collaborators have not unresolved the comments.
