2. Suspending comments after PDF has been shared with general link

   Currently, in the web UI for Adobe Acrobat, if you've allowed comments by sharing the document via a general link (rather than sending specific invitations), the only way to disable comments at a particular point in time is to unshare the document entirely. A more useful and user-friendly approach would be similar to the proof functionality in Workfront, where even if you've shared the PDF/document with a general link (or a combo of general link and invitations), at a certain point in time, you can suspend further commenting while still allowing collaborators to access the PDF. If they access the PDF after commenting has been suspending, the UI should have elements that make it clear to them why they can no longer add comments, as they would see in Workfront. But they would still be able to see the comments, see the PDF, and download the PDF if they wish.

   Why am I charged for Adobe $29.37 on Aug.07/24 and $91.51 on Aug.06/24.

5. PDF comment resolution in web UI is buggy

   I believe the feature for resolving comments in a PDF in the web UI is flawed. After I resolve comments, very often I will return to the document and they're not resolved. I can confirm I'm looking at the latest/refreshed PDF in the UI, and I'm certain my collaborators have not unresolved the comments.

   En el punto IV.- se debe especificar las caracteristicas técnicas de lo solicitado, cantidades y definir claramente los "otros requerimientos"
   Juegos Inflables, acuáticos y tradiciones: ¿Cuántos de cada uno y en qué localidad?
   ¿Tendrán monitores/operarios por parte del oferente? En caso de ser sí, ¿estarán debidamente identificados para que los asistentes puedan verlos?
   Servicio de amplificación, escenario y generador: Características técnicas de la amplificación, tamaño y materialidad del escenario, potencia del generador (KVA)
   Show Infantil, tipo corporeo, circense, navideño, etc: Definir qué se solicitará como show infantil, si el requerimiento es total o parcial en este punto, además incluir un referente tal como: " Show infantil: Musical de navidad de 60 min de duración", Presentación y actividades circenses con talleres para los asistentes durante la jornada"
   Servicio de Pintacaritas: Se solicita cuántas personas realizando la labor de pintacaritas, durante toda la jornada.
   Entrega de helados, pop corn y algodon de azucar para niños y niñas (entrega de ticket): Se debe establecer cuántos tickets por localidad y cuántas cantidades de cada uno de los elementos se requieren (Localidad Colliguay: 500 u de variedad de helados, 500 u de pop corn y 500 U de algodon de azúcar; Localidad Belloto...., Localidad Villa Olimpica....; Confección de 1600 ticks para ser entregados a la comunidad)
   Estaciones de juegos montesori, taca taca, camas saltarinas: Definir cantidades de cada elemento para cada una de las localidades y entregar opción de mejora al proveedor, lo cual puede ser mejor ponderado en los criterios de evaluación.
   Baños quimicos: Cantidad por localidad y definir si serán segregados por sexo.
   Servicio de guardias privados: Definir cantidad por localidad ( Definir si el permiso por actividades masivas lo gestionará el proveedor o el municipio)
   Técnicos en enfermeria: Definir cuántos por localidad y la habilitación de un sector de primeros auxilios (sencillo: Toldo, camillas, insumos básicos, etc)
   Otros requerimientos: Tener claridad de qué se solicitara al oferente ya que de acuerdo a la normativa vigente, sólo esta obligado a lo que establecen las bases.

8. conbining protected files

   why cant Adobe advise on protected files as they are uploaded into a combine file system.
   I put time into getting the files loaded - 150 pages at times - to find that some files are protected and not able to be combined.
   Then their is not idea of which of the 150 pages are proetected. Very frustrating and a waste of time

10. Deleting Added Text

    When adding text to certain documents, the application will delete random text, sometimes all of it and sometimes just a few letters here and there. It has been a terrible experience when completing multi-page documents.

11. Pages won't upload in numerical order

    When I upload 100 pages to convert and combine, I want them in numerical order instead of having to re-organize, especially when there is no scroll bar and page down and arrow down don't work to get past 2 rows.

12. PDF/X options missing for high quality printing

    I have spent days of my life trying to combine multiple photographic jpgs into 1 PDF for high quality printing. It appears to be impossible because even your help page does not match reality. Adobe Help Forum has not been able to solve this mystery accurately in years, including the Condescending Know-it-alls.
    This is what I see when I click "All Tools" as instructed. Nowhere does it mention "Print Production" "Preflight" "PDF Standards" "Libraries" or "Profiles". Those tabs don't exist anywhere within Acrobat Pro that I can find.
    Clicking "Click Here to match your experience" takes me to the same help page.
    Please help me.

13. Search bar can't find my documents

    Hi, hope all is well. I need some help with your search function! I'll type in a name or document that I know is in the system, but still the search bar says it can't find the document. "Something went wrong. The server failed to respond with a valid search result. Please try again in a few moments." Well, it's been a few days and still not working. I have to manually scroll through +400 documents searching for the document I need. Whether I type the name, email, or document in exactly as written, or I just type a simple name like "Sarah," it says that it can't find anything. Please fix this as soon as you can, because I need to look up various old documents almost every single day. Thank you!

    Feature suggestions:
    I will be leaving my position within the year and would like to be able to change a Web Form's route from me/my email to another employee/email upon the Web Form Signer's submission. As the features are currently, I'm unable to edit any recipients of a Web Form after publishing it.
    In attempting an alternate solution, I also realized that I cannot create an e-sign Template from a Web Form. The Web Form I created is very involved, so I would like to not have to recreate it as a template in order to share it with another employee to make into a Web Form.

19. Buggy Acrobat Sign using templates

    Your Adobe sign software is super buggy.

    I cannot save a local copy of the file I just opened.
    When I change the name from template to proper document name, it does not save and reverts to the old template name.
    The template date format was set to be YYYY-MM-DD, yet when I first open it, it reverts to American format, and I have to correct it again each time.

    Adobe Acrobat - Text verschwindet
    Möchte man ein Adobetextfeld nochmals bearbeiten und geht auf den Reiter "Bearbeiten" kann es sein, dass, sobald man etwas schreiben möchte, der Text komplett verschwindet.
