Unsharing a PDF should not remove any comments
Unsharing the PDF removes comments collaborators added during their review of the PDF (added at such time when share was permitted). It's really not acceptable for unsharing a PDF to affect the comments in any way! :( Please fix this.

No load, dark screen
Hi, your merge pdf option in web browser does not load. It is a black screen with no selectable on it. Please fix this otherwise there's no point in me or my colleagues paying for this service.

Every time this asks me if I want to save time by summarizing the document with AI I want to blow my brains out in front of the screen.

Adobe AI Assistant incomplete document citing when it provides information
I have been using adobe AI assistant. The issue is that the summarised information it provides does not always provide a reference for where it sourced that particular information, which I would like for verification purposes. For the unverified information it provides, I have to scour the whole source document to verify its veracity. If the AI does not know, it should say so, instead of wasting my time because it does not follow my instructions properly.

Constant Errors; Long-Term Issues; When is the Bug Fix Coming?
Frequent errors and bugs; fails at splitting documents into multiple files (every time); fails at extracting PAGES (50% of the time); many other tasks fail; constant issues; Data loss with uploading/downloading; and the list goes on. These problems have persisted for over 6 months now. Please provide ETA as to the Developer resolution (I assume they'll do an update to fix these long-term bugs?). These problems persist regardless of device type and location, wifi source, etc.

No response from email
I received an email notifying me about an upcoming payment. I presume I forgot to unsubscribe after a free trial. In the reply window I stated that I wanted to cancel my subscription (4th Feb). Dont know if it was read or not but I got charged again in March. Whats the point in having a reply option if nobody responds. Ive cancelled now but $110 later down the drain.

Need AI Assistant to assess BOTH Individual and Collective Documents within a PDF Space
I need the AI Assistant to perform analysis on BOTH the individual documents AND all of the documents collectively. I was surprised to learn that this was NOT a feature. Adobe needs to address this ASAP.

train your agents better
I just spent 4 hours going around and around in circles when all i needed was to upgrade my subscription, i did suggest this early on but the agent said i didn't have to.
I have security concerns for my compute information as the agent seemed to go silent so i ended the session.
I can't understand how your agents can be so poorly trained.
I wastes so much time, i guess i am wasting more time now too.

Comb Text on Adobe E-Sign Text fields
Adobe E-Sign Text fields should have the "Comb text" option as seen on the Acrobat program to align text to comb text fields

Be Better
I hate Adobe perhaps more than anything in the world. You money grubbing pieces of garbage... All of you. Even you reading this. You are part of the problem.
I click on the link to "combine PDFs for FREE" and every time I try to add a file, you prompt me to pay $24 a month for something you honestly should be offering for free.

make sure that your diagrams are fully adapted to the article (if it is the market for milkshakes then the labels and curves should be about milkshakes. Incorporate as much information from the article as possible.

Change the "Sign in order" Vs "Sign in any order" toggle setting after sending
Allow changing of the setting "Sign in any order" after the document has been sent
The default is to force signatories to only receive the document in order however I need it to be in any order. If I forget I can;t change it but it seems like it would be an easy fix when I log in to my account to change that setting for the document out for signature??
