   BUG: Can't change language to same as the operating system

   Edit >> Preferences >> Language >> Application Language.
   Change to “Same as the operating system”
   This setting is IGNORED too.

   Windows 10 Pro, 29/‎5/‎2020, Adobe Acrobat Reader 2023.006.20380 | 64-bit
