    Hi,

    Thanks for the valuable feedback. We are sorry to hear that it is not working for you. We would greatly appreciated if you can provide us the file (sample file will be good enough with some fields created using 'Prepare Form' Tool) and the steps you have done afterwards to send the agreement.
    Please do let us know the Acrobat version you are using.

    Also, there is a setting under "Adobe Online Services" in Acrobat Preferences that lets users revert to classic request signature experience.
