Add the ability to export "In Progress" Documents list, for signature documents
Please add the ability to export or simply select, copy, and paste the In Progress list in Adobe Acrobat Signature documents. We have 100's of outstanding signature documents, and it would be great to be able to export the list of outstanding documents in order to follow up with the individuals who have not yet signed.

Company Documents
As the leader of a company, all documents that I send out for signature as well as the documents sent out by my predecesor belong to the company not to me. There needs to be a way that New Leadership can get access to the documents that were signed on behalf of the company for easy replication or referral. We use Adobe Sign to eliminate paper and move to a digital environment. Future Leadership will need access to these documents in the future.

1. Get a document signed by DocuSign.

Add Conditions to the hyperlink field
Just like all the other fields, we should be able to add conditions to a hyperlink. Why is this field treated so differently?

Document to go out to all signers at the same time only after the approver has approved.
We need a way for the signers to receive it at the same time once the approver has approved. We have clients who want to review simultaneously before the first person signs but they aren't near each other to review together.
Right now there are only two options: either go one by one down the line or it gets sent to everyone all at once, including the approver. We need to be able to get it approved, then bulk send.

Why is full functionality for adobe sign not implemented on the desktop Software?
I think my title describes it fully. However, The web interface for sign has more functionality that the desktop Acrobat app. Not everything HAS to be on the Cloud~!

Enable a way to enter line breaks for default values in a multi-line text field using text tags
Currently there is no way to have lines breaks when specifying a default value in a multi-line text field when using text tags. The web interface does allow line breaks, though. It would be nice to have this feature available using text tags.

Sign with vector file
Signing PDFs with image files (handwriting) should accept vector files, not only raster files. File size is smaller, quality is better, and Adobe produces software for appearance-aware designers, right?

Allow fields to be made transparent without having to delete a field first.
In Adobe Sign, when you delete a field it will automatically go the next field and that field will be transparent. But that is the only way to make a field transparent. Please allow an option to make a field transparent without having to delete anything as it makes it MUCH easier to line up fields.

Currently to amend an agreement in Salesforce we have to amend the Word document manually and re-upload the document into Salesforce.

Script to force users log out after a iDP consolidation
Currently there are no administrative consoles and/or scripts to force users to log out of Adobe Acrobat. This is needed for when companies switch iDPs. Users don't read their emails when instructed to manually log out/in which is prohibiting us from being able to decommission the legacy IDP.

Refresh button for E-signatures/Agreements
I would love to see refresh button to check for recently signed documents/agreements. I find the delay can be lengthily and often even require me to exit the application and reopen in order for Adobe to register a newly signed document/agreement. Most often I have to retrieve the signed document from my email after not being able to retrieve it within the Adobe PC application, due to the delay in the application recognizing the newly signed document.

Adobe Sign - Control of PDF attachment to email on completed signed document
I have documents with sensitive information that need signature. I do not want the signed document to be sent to the receiver once it is signed because I do not want their sensitive information sitting in their email for potential hackers. Why does this take a support call to have you disable the feature from the backend? This should be a preference for the users in their account settings.
Secondly, I still want a copy of the signed document with the audit report as the last page. Yet, once this feature is disabled, I can no longer receive a copy.…

Hi, I'm Milagros from Uruguay. I am currently starting the procedures to be able to hire Adobe Sign. But to do that, I need my contract with Adobe to meet certain requirements. One of them is that it has the ISO 27001, ISO 27017 certification or have applied for CSA STAR Level 1. This requirement is already covered. However, the second requirement is that there should be a contractually specified service level agreement (SLA) of at least 99.9% availability and that includes penalties for non-compliance. E-signature - Need a setting to turn off the default Audit page for signed attachment in the email
We want to turn off the automatic audit report page that is sent in the email from Adobe notifying that the document was "Signed and Filed!". We never use this page and have to click "view the document" to get the document without it. Adobe support said the audit page is attached by default and cannot be turned off. We use it to sign documents which don't need an audit page and want to be able to forward the signed document without loggin into Adobe to get the version without the audit page.
