  1. We are requesting Adobe to enable native support for Microsoft Purview Information Protection (MPIP)–encrypted documents within Adobe Acrobat Sign cloud workflows, as currently files protected with Microsoft Purview sensitivity labels using Azure Rights Management cannot be uploaded, rendered, or processed for signing, forcing organizations to remove encryption and thereby weakening their security posture; this creates a critical enterprise gap where organizations must choose between maintaining compliance and secure data protection or enabling essential business processes such as legal, financial, and HR document signing, and therefore we recommend implementing Microsoft Information Protection (MIP) SDK integration for secure handling of protected content…

  2. We would like to request an enhancement to the location-based security controls in Adobe Sign.

At present, Adobe Sign only allows blocking signing activity from China. We request the ability to block additional countries or regions, particularly third countries with a high financial or fraud risk, from which documents cannot be signed. Specifically, we propose:

    • The ability to block multiple countries (not only China)
    • The option to configure a custom allowlist or blocklist of countries
    • Support for risk-based country groups (e.g. high-risk, medium-risk)
    • Application of these rules to all signing methods (web, mobile, integrations)

  3. Request e-signatures not working. I click it, enter the email address of the person I want to send it to, type the message, then hit next, and it does nothing. It just pops up the same window asking me to enter the email address of the recipient again.

  5. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

    B. Full Dutch language support in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams
    We request complete…

  6. To better compete with DocuSign, any "Manage" folders that can be accessed via the web browser, please make these accessible on the mobile app, specifically the "Drafts" folders.

  7. Please could there be an option to clear the address book / recipient list on Adobe Sign. It's very easy to send to an incorrect recipient because all recipients who have ever been sent anything, are saved by default and there's no way of removing them. Thanks

  8. The company field on a user's profile can currently be edited manually, one user at a time, through the Acrobat Sign web UI. However, Adobe Support confirmed that Account Admins do not have the ability to PUT user profile information via the REST API at all — PUT /users/{id} returns 403 PERMISSIONDENIED regardless of OAuth scope (userwrite:account) or confirmed Account Admin status, even when editing one's own profile. This is by design, not a bug, per Support.

This creates a significant scalability gap: any correction to user profile data such as fixing an inaccurate company value applied by…

  9. The Contract Signature Consortium has released a new standard for digital signatures a while ago, called CSC 2.0

Because AdobeSign is still in the old 1.0 standard, the most advanced qualified signature providers can not integrate with AdobeSign.

IDNow, one of the biggest provider and market leader for verifications confirmed to us, that they are not downgrading their systems to integrate with the outdated standard used by AdobeSign.

This makes a big company like Adobe look like they dont keep their products up to date.

  11. FIX THE DESKTOP APP! Acrobat Pro defaults to Fill/Sign, detects automatic fields and will not allow us to send esignature documents. It just spins indefinitely and I have to close multipe AcroCEF processes to get back to the beginning. Using Print to PDF to "flatten" the pdf also is not working. Telling us to just go online is also short cited. FIX THE APP!

  12. Adobe freezes and shuts down when I click a new fill-in field, then try to change the type. For example, a text box to a Name box. It freezes and shuts down. Have been clicking "send report" for a week now, and nothing has been done. Quit with the AI bull#### and fix actual important features.

  13. I use to have, in the edit / options toolbar, the option to request signatures from the desktop (PC) app. Since last month it doesn't appear anymore, and if it sometimes does, clicking on it does NOTHING.
Super frustrating as I now have to create my agreements and access them via the browser app to send - huge waste of time. This has been reported since June now and still no improvement! Do we get a refund for the months it's not been working? Or do we all start using Google for everything? Please sort!

  14. Currently when using a custom workflow you are given the ability to amend the Document Name once the workflow has been opened but this is not a mandatory requirement. While not immediately a problem this does cause issues at a later date when using the search function as there are no identifying details in the document name and you can have hundreds which all say the exact same thing. If there was a requirement for this to be amended before submission it would save time and make the process of locating a particular document easier further down the line.

  15. BUG: when using Adobe Sign to sign a PDF that already includes an electronic or digital signature from an external entity, the existing PDF Signatures are not preserved during Adobe Sign process.
Adobe Sign should verify if the uploaded PDF already include e-signatures, and if so, do not flatten the PDF and instead use the same PDF to apply a new signature on top, without flatten and removing all metadata.

  16. Hi everyone,

Has anyone else experienced problems with Adobe PDF editing recently survival race ? Some users are missing the toolbar, while others only see an endless loading wheel when trying to edit PDFs.

I found that disabling the new Adobe interface temporarily fixes the issue. Has anyone found a more permanent solution?

  17. The difference between "e-signature" and "digital signature" isn't clear from a user perspective within the AdobeSign interface. This is because EU law only distinguishes between the following three signature types: 1. Normal Signing; 2. Advanced Signing; and 3. Qualified Signing. Can better alternatives be devised for these names from a user perspective that would more clearly indicate the difference?

  18. Users would like an signers / approvers to be able to complete some of their assigned fields in an agreement, save their progress, and then print the document with those partially completed details, before returning later to complete the remaining fields.
Apparently this is a feature available in DocuSign.
If there are a lot of fields, the user may have to get the information to populate the fields and should not have to lose their progress.
In legal practice forms are completed by the approver sometimes and are then dated at a later date.

  19. In the "search" API CALL, if a signer has changed in an agreement the "modifiedDate" is not updated. This implies that the search will not trigger the agreement if the signer is updated because 'modifiedDate' is not updated.
If i have an agreement X created the 03/07/2026, and i change the signer the 09/07/2026, and on that day i asked for "agreements with modified between yesterday and today", the agreement X will never be triggered neither returned. Because his modifiedDate is always on "03/07/2026" instead of '09/07/2026".
Can you develop that evolution please?
