  1. We would like to request an enhancement to the location-based security controls in Adobe Sign.

At present, Adobe Sign only allows blocking signing activity from China. We request the ability to block additional countries or regions, particularly third countries with a high financial or fraud risk, from which documents cannot be signed. Specifically, we propose:

    • The ability to block multiple countries (not only China)
    • The option to configure a custom allowlist or blocklist of countries
    • Support for risk-based country groups (e.g. high-risk, medium-risk)
    • Application of these rules to all signing methods (web, mobile, integrations)

  2. We would like to request the following improvements specifically for the Adobe Sign plugin in Microsoft Teams:

    A. Add “Start from Library” functionality to the MS Teams plugin
In the Adobe Sign web application, users can start workflows and templates using the “Start from Library” option. This functionality is currently not available in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams.
We request that the Teams plugin provides the same capability, allowing users to start workflows and templates directly from the library without leaving Teams.

    B. Full Dutch language support in the Adobe Sign plugin for Microsoft Teams

  3. The difference between "e-signature" and "digital signature" isn't clear from a user perspective within the AdobeSign interface. This is because EU law only distinguishes between the following three signature types: 1. Normal Signing; 2. Advanced Signing; and 3. Qualified Signing. Can better alternatives be devised for these names from a user perspective that would more clearly indicate the difference?

  4. When an agreement is created in the AUTHORING state, updating form fields via the API endpoint PUT /agreements/{agreementId}/formFields should not automatically transition the agreement to IN_PROCESS.

Currently, calling this endpoint causes the agreement to be sent immediately. This makes it impossible for integrations to programmatically place required signature fields and still allow users to review the agreement as a draft before sending.

This behavior differs from the Adobe Sign web UI, where users can place form fields, save the agreement, and continue reviewing or editing without triggering a send. The UI appears to perform a form-field update operation while preserving…

  6. Feature Request: Recipient Group Functionality for Adobe Sign Salesforce Integration

    Request Overview:
We are requesting the implementation of a new feature that allows the use of Recipient Group Functionality within the Adobe Sign for Salesforce integration. This feature would provide the ability to add a recipient group, which includes multiple users, to an agreement sent via Salesforce. This way, any member of the group can take action (approve or sign), and once a single user within the group has completed their action, the agreement can automatically proceed to the next step in the workflow.

    Problem Statement:
    Currently, when sending agreements…

  8. Printable proof of receipt that includes all recipients of a document sent via Adobe Sign, regardless of their status as signers or Cc'd.

My current solution is to open the Audit Report, place it next to the list of Cc'd email addresses, and take a screenshot of the two. I then paste it into a Word document and convert it to a PDF for documentation and to submit to the client for their records.

This is a GREAT waste of time!

  9. I create signed documents in adobe sign, with no password protections. Give me a choice on whether or not my document is protected for integrity... Do not force protection of final document.

I have to combine 100+ documents into 1 file for a yearly report, but now the new files are "protected", and I cannot combine them...

  10. when someone adobe signs a pdf and sends it to you for counter signature, my idea is to make it actually signable. Then i won't have to go through adobe help, google, my wife, and gemini every time, thinking that i'm doing something wrong, until gemini provides the truth: "no, adobe sign doesn't work for anyone. the workaround is to print to pdf, save as a different file name, reopen and sign in adobe." whenever i receive an adobe signed contract for counter signature it's approximately a 20 minute task to countersign. i should charge adobe for my time.

  11. Hello,

I would like Acrobat Sign users to have the ability to integrate variables that cannot be modified by the signer.

The goal is to be able to modify a value that appears in multiple places within a text, such as a price or a delivery time, all at once.

The read-only fields {{!price}} already allow for the repetition of a value in several places within a text, which is part of the solution, but it would also be necessary to be able to assign a value to them for the solution to be perfect.

    Thank you for your attention…

  12. Please add a feature that would allow for the "Agreement Name" and recipient "Role" to be changed in the "Prepare" stage.

Sometimes some documents require 15-20 recipients and when I notice a mistake in "Agreement Name" or recipients in the prepare stage I have to start completely over.

It would be very helpful and lead to more efficient if we were allow to change the Agreement name, recipients, and recipients roles to be changed without having to start over.

    Thank you.

  13. The LWC's AgreementEditor.js file contains a Regex Pattern that incorrectly restricts email addresses that contain a single character in the username portion (ex: b@anything.com). This same restriction does NOT existing in the Sign console. Parity/valid email syntax filtering should be updated in the Managed Package.

(Please reference Adobe Sign Support Case #E-001905128.)

  15. Adobe Sign sort users by "Member Of" and "Last Login"

Since the update of the All Users-interface I cannot sort our users in the columns "Member Of" and "Last Login" anymore. As all new colleagues need to get their Adobe Sign-settings and group membership adjusted, I cannot find them easily any more. Please bring this feature back.

If I check from "Groups" and then look for the members of the "Default group", I cannot change the "User Group" when checking the settings of one user. Please adjust this interface.

  16. Dear Adobe Support Team,

We’ve encountered a critical issue in Adobe Sign related to the signer review process. Currently, once notes are entered by one party, the subsequent reviewer or supervisor is unable to view all of those notes in full before signing. This limitation—or potential glitch—prevents proper review and sign-off, which is essential for workflow integrity and compliance in any professional environment.

This capability is fundamental. Supervisors or final signers must be able to review all notes and comments entered prior to their approval or signature. Right now, this feature either does not exist or is malfunctioning, and multiple…

  18. The Adobe Acrobat software is not usable. I purchased it for the E-signature feature because I deal with 30 contracts per year. Every SINGLE time I add the signees, it crashes and closes. I have removed and added the software more times than I can count. I have done the repair tool and software update multiple times and nothing works. I have done the crash report multiple times. I am starting to think it hates Windows Home 11. Why do I pay for this software? The only resolve is to go into Adobe Acrobat online, upload the contract there, then…

  19. We would like allow administrators to restrict agreement delivery based on email type or domain characteristics. We have end users routing to email addresses that are linked to Entra ID groups, and this makes the signature that comes from it awkward to interpret. Without this solution as well, users can theoretically route documents out to any external user.

This change would help keep transaction within the organization and control the outward flow of transactions as well.

  20. Changing your Aeromexico flight 1-800-473-6632 is easy if you booked directly through their website or app. Just access “My Trips,” enter your booking code and last name, then follow the instructions to modify your flight. You can adjust the date, time, or destination depending on fare rules. Basic fares usually come with higher penalties, while flexible or Clase Premier tickets may allow free changes. If your ticket includes a travel protection plan, additional flexibility may be available. For bookings made through third parties, changes must be handled by the original agency. Always check change policies before confirming.
