    Our whole team is having the same issue. Make Properties Default will work if changing the color of comments, but the name will not stay changed.

    Windows 10 and 11, Adobe Acrobat Pro Continuous Release Version 2024.001.20615

    We have tried checking and unchecking Preferences>Commenting> "Always use Log-in name for Author name"
    We tried in old and new Acrobat views
    We tried changing our "Name" in Preferences>Identity (we cannot change Login Name)

    This is a critical issue that is slowing down our ability to deliver document reviews to our clients.
