    Having exactly the same problem in this version. Destroys the user experience in PDF forms and requires a ton of extra steps and tech skills to read/complete the form. Trying to use the NVDA+Tab command in a PDF form field generally reads the tooltip but is just reading the file path. Thought it was an issue with my screen reader but can confirm same behavior in JAWS.
